Hansberger & Klein, PLC completed a parcel merger with the surveyor to combine the entitlement to a single parcel and is in the process of performing final due diligence on the site in coordination with a Public Use Permit application and a planned bond issuance of approximately $15,000,000. Closing is expected in September 2017 with groundbreaking in October 2017. The school site will serve approximately 700 students in grades K-8.
