Pathways Academy has opened escrow on an approximately 14 acre parcel in the City of Hesperia, California. Hansberger & Klein, PLC represents the school and an anticipated bond closing of $17,000,000. Hansberger & Klein, PLC is in the final stages of due diligence on the property including final negotiations for a GMP. Entitlement on the project was completed in August 2017 and groundbreaking will begin in October 2017. Hansberger & Klein, PLC is targeting an aggressive opening schedule for the 2018-19 school year and is looking forward to seeing Pathways take title to their new home soon.
